Adult Mentoring

Volunteers recruited from the private, public and voluntary sectors and from local community organisations. They are matched on a one to one basis with students and offer young people a positive role model, alternative work views, they motivate, help raise self esteem and generally help young people to achieve academic potential.

Student quote“ The meetings are helping me to be more aware of the things I need to do in order to progress. It is slowly building my confidence in things. It has helped me understand the importance of school and work”
